This Masters thesis is oberving living space through the changes of life cycles, while noticing the situation today, in the past and in future. Taking into account the changing needs of space over time in such a way that social cohesion is maintained.

There are suggestions in urban scale by observing Järva-Jaani borough structure to improve, also in community scale by collective living among center of museum and inbetween, and in the interior scale by working out the one way of flexible space possibilities in this area. While private units provide changes in time to the needs of space, the communal spaces deal with the shared responsibilities inside this collective living society as well as together with the community of Järva-Jaani.
