I am a victim of my field[1] and my body is just a mirror of the habitus[2] that I carry. My nature is conventional and comfortable, but it always leads to suffering. I do not live in accordance with my wishes and needs, nor in the world of certain facts – I live in the midst of fears, hopes and imaginary emotions, in dreams and fantasies, in despair and in illusions. I can only really shine if I oppose the usual, but in order to do that, I must first get to know the fields on which I have developed and live today.
[1] Field – structure/network of relationships between positions and views (eg intellectual, religious, educational, cultural, etc.).
“Distancing towards oneself” is a process in which I free myself from the limiting chain, but taking with me what is necessary and inherent in me. This conscious methodology, bringing both groundbreaking discoveries and life-changing influences, is a reflection of the need for confrontation in all aspects of life.
[2] Habitus – structure of the mind, characterized by a certain system of acquired patterns, sensitivities, predispositions, and taste preferences.
